Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at wooskiesworld@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
